The project team will focus on the composite process of aramid fibers and inorganic nanoparticles. By employing molecular-level dispersion technology, the materials can maintain over 85% of their mechanical strength even at 240℃. Preliminary experimental data shows that the breakdown voltage of the modified insulating paper reaches 35 kV/mm, a 40% improvement over conventional products, and its corrosion resistance is significantly better than that of imported silicone rubber materials.


In January 2025, Jieyang Industrial Park - The 20,000-square-meter fully dust-free workshop, built with an investment of 200 million yuan by Huahao New Materials Technology, was officially put into operation.
