Huahao New Materials Technology (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. was established in 1994. Over more than 30 years of dedicated expertise in the papermaking industry, it has amassed advanced technological capabilities and formed a professional team. Currently, it has evolved into a large-scale enterprise occupying 120,000 square meters.

In 2024, the Company will proactively respond to market demands by expanding its insulant division and meticulously assembling multiple specialized technical teams dedicated to the production of electrical insulants, thus providing robust impetus for business advancement. Currently, the Company operates an annual production line capable of yielding 10,000 tons of insulating cardboard with dimensions of 1 meter by 2 meters. This stable quality assures reliable support for numerous transformer manufacturers.

The Company rigorously oversees product quality, ensuring precision at every stage from the selection of raw materials to production methodologies. The products employ imported natural sulfate coniferous wood pulp and purified deionized water, processed with advanced automated equipment to guarantee each batch possesses superior qualities at competitive prices, earning a commendable reputation in the market.

In April 2026, a wide-width insulating cardboard production line will commence official operations, chiefly producing cable paper, heat-resistant paper, corrugated paper, and diamond dotted body paper, thus broadening product diversity and catering to varied client demands. Concurrently, two large-size cardboard production lines will commence operations, capable of producing insulating cardboard in sizes of 2.2 meters by 4.4 meters and 3.2 meters by 6.4 meters, thereby substantially augmenting the Company's production capacity and market reach within the insulating cardboard sector.

To facilitate uninterrupted functioning of the new production line and ensure high-quality product output, the Company will construct a 20,000 square meter fully dust-free workshop. The workshop will incorporate a fully sealed design, complemented by a sophisticated fresh air system, establishing a pristine and stable ambiance for the production process, thereby eliminating pollution at its source and ensuring product quality attains an industry-leading standard.
