The dotted collagen-based paper manufactured by Huahao New Materials is made from recycled collagen fibers combined with special functional coating technology, offering both flexibility and temperature stability. Through the synergistic effect of the natural cross-linking characteristics of collagen molecules and the coating, its fiber structure forms a uniformly dense composite layer that can effectively buffer thermal stress and enhance anti-aging performance. The product has a thickness range covering 1.0 mm - 4.0 mm, with a temperature resistance rating of up to 130°C. It features high mechanical strength and a smooth surface, making it suitable for interlayer insulation in motors, transformers, and other equipment, as well as wrapping protection under high-temperature operating conditions. By optimizing the interface bonding between collagen fibers and the substrate, the material significantly improves its tear resistance and fold resistance, providing a durable and reliable insulation solution for electrical systems.
