The electrical insulating pressboard launched by Huahao New Materials is specifically tailored for the electrical engineering field, featuring outstanding insulation performance and mechanical strength. This product is crafted from high-purity insulating fiber materials and is pressed into shape through a special process, resulting in a smooth surface and uniform density. It effectively blocks the conduction of electric current, ensuring the safe and stable operation of equipment.
Currently, three specifications are available: 1m × 2m, 2.2m × 4.4m, and 3.2m × 6.4m. These sizes minimize splicing losses and enhance construction efficiency. The product is primarily suitable for: 10-35 kV distribution transformers, 35-110 kV substation transformers, and 110-500 kV transmission and distribution transformers.
Having undergone rigorous quality inspections, the product exhibits stable temperature and pressure resistance. It can withstand complex operating conditions over an extended period, making it a reliable choice in the field of electrical insulation.
